    General Tips for helping kids cope with being out of school:

    1. Establish a consistent routine.

    2. Get out if you can-go for a walk or play outside.

    3. Limit children's exposure to news outlets. 

     

    Be Kind to your Mind

    1. PAUSE- Breathe. Notice how you feel.

    2. TAKE BREAKS from COVID-19 content

    3. MAKE TIME to sleep and exercise

    4. REACH OUT stay connected to friends and family

    5. SEEK HELP if overwhelmed or unsafe
