College Resources

The common application for college is preferred by many colleges. It is an application in which
the students can fill in their demographics and personal information one time and have it sent to
many schools instead of filling out several separate applications. Along with students only
having to fill it out one time, it also allows me to upload their information just one time to
colleges they selected.

The common application can be found at: www.commonapp.org

All students planning on attending college will need to fill out a FAFSA application online at
fafsa.gov. Applications are available from October 1 through June 30th. I will assist if students
and parents need help.

Students are encouraged to go to www.scholarships.com and www.fastweb.com and fill out a
student profile to see what scholarships would be applicable to them. You can also download the
scholly app from the app store for additional scholarships.

Also if a scholarship comes across my desk that is applicable to you, I will get it to you along
with all of the directions on what you will need to do.
